How we evaluate candidates
Every application is read by a person. Screening answers and the case study help us understand how you think — there is no automatic scoring or rejection.
Shortlisted candidates may be asked to share or demonstrate:
One or two relevant Google / Meta campaign examples with available results
Two or three social posts, creatives or short videos you produced
A brief explanation of how you measure qualified leads
A short discussion of what you would test for SchoolReady or WorkReady
Any practical assessment will be focused and reasonably short. We do not ask for extensive unpaid campaign strategy or production work.
About SkillsNCR
SkillsNCR is an early-stage company in Gurugram building practical learning and employability solutions — SchoolReady for Classes 5–10 and WorkReady for graduates and early-career professionals. We are still developing our customer pipeline and programmes, so not every offering mentioned in a job description is commercially live today. Early team members take real ownership, and we value evidence, follow-through and the quality of the work.
Apply for this role
Applying takes about 15–20 minutes. You will answer three short questions and one practical case study (10–15 minutes, roughly 100–200 words), then email your answers with your CV.
Screening questions
Which platforms have you personally managed?
Have you personally created advertising creatives, social media posts or short videos? Share up to three relevant examples or portfolio links.
