Clarity before access.
SkillsNCR is operated by Nervescape Analytics LLP. We aim to decide what information is needed, who needs access to it, how it is used and when it should be removed — before collecting more than necessary.
This page explains how SkillsNCR approaches learner information, systems, learning records and technology in practice. It is not a substitute for the Privacy Notice, which describes collection purposes and rights in more detail.
Who operates SkillsNCR
SkillsNCR is an education initiative owned and operated by Nervescape Analytics LLP (LLPIN: ACD-9814). SkillsNCR is not a separate incorporated company.
Registered office: H No 1759, Sector 7, Urban Estate, Karnal – 132001, Haryana, India.
Contact: contact@skillsncr.com.
What information should be shared
Share only what is reasonably necessary for enquiries, registration, diagnostics, education, student support, administration and progress reporting. Do not put unnecessary sensitive information into open website forms, WhatsApp messages or email unless a secure route has been agreed.
Student and parent information
SkillsNCR may handle information relating to learners, parents, guardians, adult applicants and WorkReady candidates where relevant. Depending on the journey, that may include names, contact details, class or year, subject, learning interests, diagnostic information, attendance, progress and communications.
Categories depend on how you interact with SkillsNCR. The public website currently routes most enquiries to WhatsApp or email rather than a self-contained web form database. See the Privacy Notice for the fuller collection table.
Assessments and learning records
Where diagnostics, assessments or programmes run, SkillsNCR may retain assessment answers, scores, completion information, identified strengths, learning gaps, assignments, projects, attendance, mentor feedback and progress history.
These records may support teaching, diagnostics, feedback, parent reporting where authorised, intervention, learning recommendations and programme administration.
Assessment results are indicators at a point in time. They are not permanent labels or guarantees of future academic, employment or commercial outcomes.
Access to learner information
Learner information should only be available to people who need it for legitimate SkillsNCR operations — for example authorised educators or mentors, learner-support staff, relevant operations or admin personnel, and approved service providers where necessary to run the service. Access is limited on a need-to-know basis; we do not claim a named enterprise RBAC product on this page.
Technology and service providers
SkillsNCR uses service providers for hosting and delivery (Cloudflare), messaging (WhatsApp / Meta where you choose that channel), measurement tags on production pages (including Google Tag Manager and related analytics or advertising tags where configured), operational databases used by messaging systems (Cloudflare D1 where bound), and email delivery for SkillsNCR mailboxes.
Learning or class platforms and payment services may be introduced for specific programmes; those will be identified in programme materials where practical. We do not invent unverified processor locations, encryption architecture claims or certification badges here.
AI use in learning and operations
AI tools may be used where appropriate for drafting, lesson preparation, administrative support, feedback assistance, analysis or learning support. Boundaries we aim to follow:
- human review remains important for significant learner-facing decisions;
- AI output should not automatically determine a learner’s ability, eligibility or future;
- unnecessary learner personal information should not be entered into unapproved AI services;
- student work should not automatically be made public;
- AI-generated educational output should be verified before being treated as authoritative.
Website enquiries
On the current SkillsNCR website, most contact journeys ask you to continue on WhatsApp or email rather than submitting a durable web form into a SkillsNCR enquiry database. When you email or message us, we use the details you provide to respond and keep ordinary service records.
Do not include passwords, payment credentials or unrelated sensitive records in an initial enquiry. Formal privacy requests should go to contact@skillsncr.com with the subject Privacy Request.
WhatsApp and communications
When you choose WhatsApp, messages are processed through WhatsApp / Meta systems and their terms and privacy practices also apply. SkillsNCR may use the conversation for the requested enquiry or service. Do not send passwords, OTPs, banking PINs, card credentials or unrelated identity documents through WhatsApp.
Security approach
We aim to limit access to legitimate needs, apply appropriate account and device controls for our team, use secure transport where supported for website and common messaging channels, select vendors responsibly for the services we use, and escalate incidents when personal data may be affected. No system is completely secure. We do not claim ISO, SOC 2 or “bank-grade” certification on this page.
Retention and deletion
Information should not be kept longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable operational or legal needs — including active learning, progress history, parent support, administration, disputes, accounting and legal requirements. Exact day-count schedules are not published here unless formally approved. You may request deletion or correction where appropriate through a Privacy Request.
Children’s data and parental involvement
SkillsNCR serves school-age learners. Parents and guardians should participate where appropriate in School enquiries and enrolment. We aim to collect only information necessary for learning and support, to review questionable submissions, and to treat student data with heightened care.
Parents may raise questions concerning their child’s information. We may need to verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing learner records. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework continues to develop; SkillsNCR’s operating practice is designed toward stronger child-data safeguards without claiming that every future statutory provision is already fully in force.
Payments and sensitive information
Do not send full card details, banking credentials, OTPs or passwords through ordinary enquiry forms, email or WhatsApp. Payment handling should follow the approved payment process shared for your enrolment. SkillsNCR does not publish an unverified payment-provider name on this page.
Data requests
A learner, parent or guardian, or other user may contact SkillsNCR about information held about them, correction, updating details, deletion requests where appropriate, communication preferences, consent questions or privacy concerns.
Email contact@skillsncr.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify identity, authority and — for children’s records — parent or guardian relationship before disclosing or changing learner information.
