Where an accepted programme-specific agreement or written enrolment terms conflict with these general website terms, the specific written terms govern for that programme. Viewing this website does not create an enrolment contract.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Nervescape Analytics LLP (LLPIN: ACD-9814).

“SkillsNCR” is the education brand and initiative used on this website. SkillsNCR is an education initiative owned and operated by Nervescape Analytics LLP. It is not a separate incorporated legal entity.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Nervescape Analytics LLP operating SkillsNCR. By using this website you accept these terms. Contracts, payments and legal obligations relating to SkillsNCR services ultimately relate to Nervescape Analytics LLP unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

2. What this site is for

skillsncr.com describes SkillsNCR programmes and services, provides educational information, and lets users make enquiries, request diagnostics where offered, and begin applications or registrations where those journeys are available. It may also provide learning resources and link to programme-specific services.

Use the website lawfully. Do not:

• attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the service;
• introduce malicious software or code;
• harass, abuse or threaten others;
• submit fraudulent or knowingly false information;
• scrape or automate access in a way that materially degrades the service for others;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Programmes, fees, availability and published information

Website pages may describe programme format, subjects, fees, schedules, batch sizes, locations, delivery format, assessments, diagnostic processes and inclusions.

Where SkillsNCR publishes a current fee for a named core plan — for example on the SchoolReady fees page or WorkReady investment information — that figure is the published price for that plan at the time shown. Published prices for core plans are not merely decorative. Subject combination, extensions, personalised formats and other catalogue items may be discussed separately and are not automatically included in a core plan price.

Final enrolment, payment timing, inclusions, taxes where applicable, and commercial conditions for a particular learner or cohort are confirmed in the written offer or enrolment confirmation provided before payment. That written confirmation governs the commercial relationship for that enrolment.

Cancellation and refund terms for a programme are those stated in the applicable written offer or in the approved cancellation policy where one applies. See Refund & cancellation for the current public School policy page, and the written offer for the terms that apply to a specific enrolment. This website does not invent additional refund deadlines or instalment rules beyond those sources.

Availability of batches, mentors, timetables and programme capacity can change. Nothing on this site alone creates an obligation to accept every enquiry or to hold a particular slot.

4. Education and learning information

Website content is general educational and programme information. It is not a guaranteed academic prescription, a guarantee of marks or grades, a guarantee of school or college admission, or professional legal, medical or financial advice.

Learning recommendations may depend on student baseline, assessment, participation, subject, objectives, mentor observations and information shared by parents or students. Diagnostic and assessment tools have limits; they do not replace professional judgement or guarantee a particular learning path.

5. Diagnostics, assessments and admission / batch fit

An enquiry, diagnostic, assessment or application does not automatically guarantee enrolment, admission, a particular batch, a specific mentor, a specific timetable, or suitability for every programme.

Where relevant, SkillsNCR may consider learner level, class or year, subject requirements, timetable, available capacity, programme fit and participation requirements when discussing next steps. Decisions are made for educational and operational reasons, not on an arbitrary or discriminatory basis prohibited by applicable law.

6. No academic, employment or other outcome guarantee

For school programmes, SkillsNCR does not guarantee marks, grades, ranks, exam results, admissions, confidence levels or academic progression.

For WorkReady and related adult employability or capability programmes linked from this site, SkillsNCR does not guarantee jobs, placements, internships, interview selection, compensation or employment outcomes. WorkReady is paid education and capability development — not a job, internship or vacancy service.

Results depend on factors outside SkillsNCR’s sole control, including participation, preparation, practice, baseline ability, attendance and decisions by schools, examiners, employers and other external parties.

7. Student and participant responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

• attend sessions as agreed;
• participate honestly;
• complete their own work;
• disclose material AI assistance where mentors or programme rules require it;
• respect instructors and other learners;
• follow reasonable venue and safety requirements for in-person sessions;
• use learning platforms responsibly;
• protect login credentials they are given;
• not upload unlawful, abusive or inappropriate material.

8. Parents and guardians

SkillsNCR serves school-age learners, including Classes 5–10. Parents and guardians play an important role in enrolment, communication, consent where required, payment, learning support, safeguarding and privacy requests relating to minors.

School conversations are expected to be led by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult. SkillsNCR is not an adults-only service. Further detail on children’s information appears in our Privacy Notice and Trust & Data pages.

9. Our content and intellectual property

SkillsNCR branding, website text and design, curriculum outlines, learning materials, assessments, question banks, graphics, videos, software and original resources on this site may belong to Nervescape Analytics LLP or to relevant licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights.

You may view pages for personal, non-commercial educational use in evaluating SkillsNCR services. You may not commercially republish, resell, redistribute, or copy paid learning materials at scale, or remove copyright notices, without written permission.

We do not assert ownership of third-party materials that remain the property of their owners, or of material whose ownership has not been verified.

10. Student work and submitted material

We distinguish:

• SkillsNCR-created materials;
• student-created work;
• third-party materials.

Student projects, answers, presentations and portfolios remain the learner’s material, subject to the limited rights reasonably necessary for SkillsNCR to deliver, review, store and support the learning service. We do not claim a broad commercial licence over children’s work for unrelated marketing or resale.

Public use of identifiable learner work requires appropriate permission from the learner and, where the learner is a minor, from a parent or guardian as applicable.

11. Third-party names, products and trademarks

Third-party product and company names on this site remain the property of their respective owners. We use them to describe technologies, curricula or contexts we discuss. Their use does not imply endorsement, affiliation or certification by those owners except where we state a specific partner status and identify its scope.

Nervescape Analytics LLP is a Google Cloud Partner (Select Tier). That recognition applies to Nervescape Analytics LLP. It does not mean Google operates SkillsNCR, endorses a SkillsNCR course, or certifies SkillsNCR students.

12. External links and third-party services

SkillsNCR may link to or use third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, video or class platforms, payment providers, external learning resources and other relevant services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not necessarily an endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy or practices outside our control.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep the public website available but cannot guarantee continuous availability. We may change, suspend or update website pages. Paid programme obligations remain subject to the applicable enrolment agreement and are not casually withdrawn by a website change alone.

14. Accuracy and changes

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate. Schedules, availability, programmes, fees and other operational information can change. Material commitments already accepted by a customer remain governed by the applicable written terms.

15. Responsible website use

Do not interfere with systems, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms, impersonate others, submit malicious code, abuse other users, violate intellectual property rights, or use the site unlawfully.

16. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law for a consumer-facing education service in India: the website is provided for general information; we take reasonable care but do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free or continuously available; and liability arising from a paid enrolment or programme is governed by the applicable written enrolment or programme terms, not by these website terms alone.

Stronger limitation wording for website-only use may be refined after legal review. These terms are not a substitute for programme-specific commercial terms.

17. Privacy and data

The Privacy Notice describes how personal information is collected and used. Trust & Data explains SkillsNCR’s operational approach to learner information, access, learning records, tools and security. These pages are not duplicated in full here.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these website terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site applies to website use. Updates do not automatically override accepted programme-specific contractual rights already in force for an enrolment.

19. Governing law

These website terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of India. If an accepted enrolment agreement contains a dispute or jurisdiction provision, that specific provision may govern that relationship.
