Begin with the business task
Clarify the user, the inputs, the decision and the consequences of error. Then decide whether AI helps with that task.
Keep a human accountable
Check the output against the original requirement. Explain what you accepted, what you rejected and how you verified the result. Avoid placing sensitive data in tools without an agreed basis.
Build proof through revision
Keep the first attempt, the review and the improved version. The ability to explain those changes is part of professional capability.
