Why this role exists
SkillsNCR does not want to measure learning only through attendance, syllabus completion or certificates. This role strengthens how capability is designed, observed and improved.
What you will work on
- Learning design and structured learning activities / projects
- Student engagement, communication and presentation practice
- Diagnostics, assessments and evaluation rubrics
- Workshops and workplace-readiness activities
- Observing capability gaps and giving structured feedback
- Tracking learner progress and supporting parent progress conversations
- Programme improvement across SkillsNCR and WorkReady
- Trainer onboarding and session quality as the team grows
Who we’re looking for
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Fresher to maximum 5 years’ experience
- Strong communication, presentation and public-speaking ability
- Comfortable designing learning and assessing real capability
- Careful judgement about what “progress” should mean for a learner
How we assess capability
Our hiring process may include a practical discussion, work sample or demonstration relevant to the role. We prefer evidence of capability over polished credentials alone.
