SkillsNCR needs early technologists who can build, test and explain solutions that support how the company delivers capability work.
What you will work on
- Technology development and product support
- SQL / databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Python, data analysis and data-engineering fundamentals
- AI / ML and Generative AI tools
- APIs, integrations and cloud platforms
- Git / GitHub
- Excel and data handling
- Automation and web applications / internal tools
- Testing, troubleshooting and technical support
- Working through Learn → Build → Test → Support → Explain
Who we’re looking for
- Eligible backgrounds include BCA / MCA / B.Tech / BE or equivalent technology degree
- Freshers / 0–2 years
- Willingness to learn across build, test, support and explanation — not only one narrow tool
- Comfortable documenting and explaining technical work
How we assess capability
Our hiring process may include a practical discussion, work sample or demonstration relevant to the role. We prefer evidence of capability over polished credentials alone.
